Who We Are
"People Helping People" ... This simple phrase is much more than a theme line. It is what we do. It is who we are.
For more than 30 years the staff and volunteers of Community Care have been addressing the needs of people in every part of Haliburton County. A caring heart is at the centre of everything we do.
We are a voluntary association of citizens engaged in, and concerned with, meeting the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities and/or illnesses and their caregivers throughout Haliburton County. We provide community support services to help them remain independent at their place of residence for a longer period.
We provide a host of services to our clients. See our list of services on the left.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. An answering service is available if you call after regular business hours.
