Welcome!

Community Care Haliburton County provides a continuum of support services to seniors and disabled or ill adults, to allow them to remain independent at their place of residence for a longer period. We have a valuable team of volunteers and staff who are dedicated to our clients and their caregivers. Community Care works with other agencies in our community through networking and sharing of resources.
