The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the agency in accordance with the Board policy and stated mission of the organization, ensuring the provision of services to clients is in accordance with the agency's stated purpose and in such a manner that optimum results are achieved in relation to the human, physical and financial resources of the agency. The Executive Director assists in the formulating of the Strategic Plan and ensures it is carried out. The Executive Director establishes operating procedures, in compliance with the law and the policies of the Board. The Executive Director supervises all staff. The Executive Director operates under the general direction of the agency's Board of Directors.

The Financial Administrator maintains a computerized financial management system for the agency using recognized accounting practices with up to date and complete records of all financial information; monitors contracts, legislation and business obligations on behalf of the agency; maintains and updates on a regular basis, the agency’s Information Communication Technology which includes voicemail technology, the website, and computer information system(s) and databases. This position also assists with training and the supervision of volunteers within specified services; and assisting in other services, as required, in cooperation with other staff persons. This position is also the designated Privacy Officer for the Agency.

Brenda Bain - Administrative Assistant

Brenda is the first contact with the agency, she assumes all general office duties including secretarial duties for the main office; receptionist duties for the agency; computer operatore for the main office.

Brenda assists with Meals on Wheels, Diners Club and Social Recreational services in the absence of the Meals on Wheels Coordinator. Brenda is the designated Health and Safety Officer in the agency.

Paul Ungoed - Part Time Agency Van Driver
