Welcome to Community Care Haliburton County Home Help Service.

This service is available to seniors and adults with disabilities and/or illnesses and their caregivers.

Home Help is a support service provided (by non-health personnel) to assist with routine household tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, laundry and on-going housekeeping.

The client pays the Brokered Worker directly, at the agency established hourly rate for the labour costs.

The Home Help Brokered Worker fee ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, with a minimum of two hours of service.

The client must supply all of the cleaning supplies.
