Transportation

Welcome to the Community Care Haliburton County Transportation Service.

This service is available to seniors and adults with disabilities and/or illnesses and their caregivers.

The objective of this service is to assist eligible clients to attend medical appointments, shopping, and social or recreational activities, where friends and relatives are not available or able to provide transportation.

All transportation requests from clients must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the time of the trip, sometimes this is not possible and we will try to accommodate if at all possible.

Transportation, Local or out of Town - our Registered Volunteers Offer a Low Cost, Door to Door Service with a Personal Touch.

All medical trips are subsidized by Community Care Haliburton County.
